"I ordered a motor replacement box September 19, 2009. It was shipped on 6/8 2010! The panel was shipped on 8/3/2010. I am still waiting for the cords to connect the motor to the panel. I have been without my 8 roller system for over 13 months!!!!!!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I AM TIRED OF ALL THE LIES ABOUT SHIPMENTS.
EVERY TIME I CALLED IN THEY TOLD ME TO EXPECT IT IN 3 WEEKS. WELL KNOW IT'S OVER 13 MONTHS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
